How To Use Instructions
Adjust the straps so it feels snug but comfortable. Stand naturally with your feet apart; the corrector should help keep your posture straight. Set the walker handles just below your hips. Your arms should bend a little when you hold them. Start with short, slow walks to get used to the feel of the corrector. Begin with 15–30 minutes a day, and increase the time as you feel comfortable.
